Vaginal Myomectomy for a Large Cervical Myoma: Case Report and Literature Review
The uterine leiomyoma is the most common pelvic tumor in women. The pathogenesis is considered multifactorial. They are usually asymptomatic, but may cause uterine bleeding, infertility, recurrent fetal loss and abdominal pain. As symptoms attend do be directly related to their size, number and location, treatment should be individualized.
