Open Unstable Pelvic Ring Fracture and Displaced Acetabular Fracture with Hip Dislocation: A Case Report and Literature Review

1. Abstract 1.1. Introduction: Open unstable pelvic ring fracture (Tile C3) and displaced acetabular anterior column fracture and posterior hemi transverse fracture(AC-HPTV) with hip dislocation is extremely rare, and its treatment is still a daunting challenge. The purposeof this paper is to report the management of such a case and review the permanent p literatures.
