1. Abstract 1.1. Background: The use of stretched earlobe piercings promotes progressive dilation of the earlobe and the treatment of this deformity can be challenging. There are several techniques to treat these deformities and considering that the dynamic of enlargement promotes an atrophy and thinning of all the components of the earlobe, the main challenge of these techniques is to give back the characteristic volume of this structure.
