Digestive Manifestations During Infection with COVID-19: Experience of A Moroccan Health Center

1. Abstract COVID-19 due by the new SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, is responsible for the current pandemic. If respiratory symptoms are in the foreground and condition the prognosis of the disease, the gastrointestinal symptoms initially described as rare are reported more and more frequently in the latest studies. Those studies suggest that they are a sign of a favorable environment for an aggravation of the disease, probably in connection with the development of inflammation. Inevitably, the influence of the gut microbiota is suspected.
