The Marfan syndrome (MFS) is a pleiotropic, autosomal dominant disorder of connective tissue with highly variable clinical manifestations. It primarily involves the skeletal, cardiovascular, and ocular systems; however, gastrointestinal presentation (GP) are rare. We present an unusual case of colonic volvulus in a patient with Marfan syndrome and with abnormal anatomy of various segments, malrotations and colonic volvulus. A 62-year-old male presented to the emergency department of our medical center with afour-day history of abdominal pain.
