Femoral neck fractures and intertrochanteric fractures often occur in elderly patients, but it is a rare when a patient is admitted to hospital presenting with a simultaneous concomitant ipsilateral both of the fractures [1]. The biggest characteristic of this kind of injury is that the incidence rate is very low, and it is difficult to summarize the regular conclusion.
