Adipose Stem Cell-Derived Exosomes Alleviate the Process of Hypertrophic Scar

1. Abstract

Hypertrophic scar is an excessive wound healing process for which there is no more satisfactory treatment. Adipose Stem Cell-Derived exosomes (ADSC-Exos) produce a good preventive effect in the hypertrophic scar. However, the therapeutic effect of ADSC-Exos on hypertrophic scar has not been clarified. In order to investigate whether adipose stem cell-derived exosomes have a therapeutic effect on established hypertrophic scar, primary Hyperplastic Scar-derived Fibroblasts (HSFs) were extracted and cultured with ADSC-Exos secreted by adipose stem cells (ADSCs).
